Man, we've been dealing with this property to try and close it
for the longest time. But the banks are dragging their feet and the city
is assessing more and more fines by the day.
I called into the city the other day to ask for an update on liens and
fees and it has gone up significantly. The last I checked, the city said
they would assess an addition $5K fine if they don't get any answers. I
asked the city to work with me so we can close...
