KITCHEN CABINETS (Design Layout #1)

The first cabinet bid is in, provided by our local vendor John. We will post all the bids and details once they are all completed. 

John does a great job at going into a property and measuring things out and then giving us suggestion on what the layout and finish product looks like.  This saves a lot of headaches and money instead of trying to guess.  We have tried other cabinet places and by far, John, gives us the BEST deals.

Going ONCE...Going TWICE...Sold to the highest Bidder!!!



Just an update, guys.  The bank accepted our offer at $41,000.  We are now in escrow and escrow is set to close on 12/27/11. 

We wanted to close earlier but the banks never close very quickly...I guess they don't need the money?

Now, we are getting our vendors and subcontractors in to give us estimates to do the work for this property. 

We will keep you guys updated.
